Mass Dems Organizing Hub Sundays 4-6PM EDT virtual event

This spring, the Mass Dems Organizing Hub is partnering with the Arizona Democratic Party to call Arizona Democrats and let them know how to sign up for the state’s Active Early Voter List. Voters on this list are automatically sent an early ballot for each election in which they are eligible to vote. By increasing awareness of this option, we are helping to remove barriers to voting and hope to contribute to strong Democratic turnout in this critical state.

We welcome new volunteers and provide training, but note that this is not your typical phone bank! We are using a manual dialing system (OpenVPB), and when a voter expresses interest in signing up for the early voter list, we send them a text message with more information. Some callers like making informational calls to Democrats using a relatively simple script, but some find the technology difficult or prefer the higher contact rate possible with an autodialer. If this doesn’t sound like the right volunteer activity for you, check out the DNC Call Crew at https://democrats.org/call/ or lots of other options at https://events.democrats.org/

Postcards to Arizona

The Arizona Senatorial race is likely to be between Democrat Ruben Gallego, a Marine veteran and reproductive rights supporter, and Kari Lake former Fox news anchor.

Please help us ensure a win for Gallego in this important election.

The Arlington Democratic Committee is providing postcard writing kits—your task is to provide a one-line addition, a signature (first name only) and the address. We are also asking you to provide the stamps (53 cents). While the cards will not be mailed until late October we will be collecting them on an ongoing basis.

We need your help in this most important election of our lifetime!
