Standout for Our Planet and Our Democracy

Each week our government commits new assaults on our democracy and human rights while accelerating the climate crisis and destroying our children’s futures. If you are feeling overwhelmed and despondent about the state of the world you are not alone. The best thing you can do for your own well-being and the health of our country is take a stand. Join Extinction Rebellion Arlington each Friday as we stand for a truly democratic and sustainable future where the needs of all children have more weight than the whims of a few billionaires. We’ll meet at the corner of Pleasant St and Mass Ave at Wittmore Park in front of the Dallin Museum to greet the public with signs and banners from 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm. (Note: our Friday Standout has moved from Capital Square to Arlington Center).
