NO KINGS – Winchester

In America, we don’t put up with would-be kings.

IndivisibleWIN will join activists across the country for a coordinated “No Kings” standout, a powerful display of civic resistance demanding accountability, justice, and the preservation of American democracy.

Participants will gather peacefully from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM on the sidewalk in front of the Winchester Unitarian Society. Everyone is encouraged to bring 2 or 3 friends and join us with signs for a high-visibility action.

We’ve seen courts ignored, communities torn apart, rights under attack, and vital services slashed. But we know the power of the people is greater than any one person’s grip on power. We’re standing together to defend our democracy — no thrones, no crowns, no kings — just a government that serves us all.

This standout is part of a nationwide movement affirming that power in America belongs to the people — not to any individual or dynasty. Check out nokings.org for more information.

A core principle behind all No Kings events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.
