Our Party Platform is a statement of our shared values that outlines the ideals, policies, and solutions that will guide our Party for years to come.
Every four years, thousands of Democrats come together at our State Convention to discuss and vote on an updated platform. For this to happen, the voice of Democrats from across the Commonwealth must be heard through testimony at platform hearings and meetings, which take place in the months prior.
Informed by this testimony, the Platform Committee will draft a proposed 2025 Platform to be voted on by the delegates to the 2025 Platform Convention, taking place this fall on September 13, 2025, at the MassMutual Center in Springfield.
To participate, you must be a registered Democrat in Massachusetts by the time of the hearing. You can check or update your party affiliation at: www.sec.state.ma.us/OVR
In addition to verbal testimony, you may provide written testimony by using the link below. Written and verbal testimony are considered equally. The deadline to submit written testimony is July 13, 2025.
