4th Amendment Workplace (moved from Feb. 4): Train the Trainers (national)

Virtual event; Weds. Feb. 18; 8 – 9:30 pm
Join us for a virtual Fourth Amendment Workplace train-the-trainer and strategize with others on how to grow Fourth Amendment Workplaces in your community.
A Fourth Amendment Workplace is a business that proactively trains staff to uphold employees’ constitutional rights against unreasonable government search and seizures, especially regarding immigration enforcement, by requiring federal agents to have proper judicial warrants for non-public areas and protecting all workers. These workplaces use legally vetted protocols to identify invalid warrants (like administrative notices), secure private spaces (like break rooms, restrooms), and train employees to calmly assert their rights, creating a safer environment and preventing overreach.
Please note: this training is best suited to those who have attended or viewed a Fourth Amendment Workplace training before. We will NOT be covering that full training in this conversation (we will cover highlights). If you haven’t attended a training, watch the recording here. And, this space is also best for people outside of NC. If you’re in NC, join our local business canvassing efforts by checking out upcoming events here.
